    Defective and dangerous product

    When I change the switch from Power mode II to 0 (off), a spark is generated. I got a replacement product, but even that one had the same issue. It looks like Borosil cannot be trusted on appliances.

    Porosity Steamer

    Hopeless Borosil steamer for which I paid 1950 which is not worth at all. Porosity is misleading customers by showing attachment which they don't deliver. I feel I m cheated by Borosil. The item is so light and the quality looks very very. This will be my purchase from Borosil. Henceforth I will not recommend anyone in future

    Complaint still not resolved

    Out of 6 glasses one is received brocken. When complaint on whatsapp then asked send mail then asked to post on web. No decision till now

    Not a good quality product .

    Too much pricy and the fittings of the handles are not good quality and the price is too much for this cheap quality product.
    I bought this and using only because of the warranty available on this product but still this is not a worthy product.

    BOROSIL KLASSIC 1.2L Electric Multi kettle

    Good size, light weight. Mine came with steamer tray and egg tray.
    Hard boiled eggs came out beautiful!
    Only issue currently is there is no auto switch when water boils, which is inconvenient as I have to gauge it by myself and switch it off manually, same for when cooking eggs.
