The quality of the bottle is not upto the mark. The steel is very thin and can easily rupture or get dented.

Hi Saumya, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please contact our support team so we can assist you further.

    Bottle leak problem

I feel borosil is importing china made products (SKU) and just packing and distributing. I think borosil should seriously make in India. The returned both bottles where there was leakage issue. One bottle the cap wasnt fitting, the same bottle had coating issues, red bottle cap was so bad that even after tighting full it was leaking. Avoid this.

    Hi Kiran,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. Our concerned team is already in touch with you via email and is actively working to resolve the issue on priority.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
