Poor painting

I received my product on time and personalization was good. But the bottle outer layer painting is pathetic, never used such poor quality painting. The layer started to disappear within a week of usage due to this my personalised text gone.

Borosil Ignores the Heart Behind a Father’s Gift.

Borosil may be a big brand and wants its name to shine everywhere, but what about the heart of a customer? A customer like me, who ordered a product not just for utility but with deep emotions attached, gets no value for those feelings. I ordered a customized bottle for my daughter — a father’s gift to his little angel — and while Borosil’s brand name will last forever, my daughter’s name is printed so poorly that it can fade in no time.
For Borosil, their logo matters. But for me, my daughter’s name matters a thousand times more. Sadly, Borosil seems to have no respect for the emotions that customers add to their products..
