Yes, it's neem wood and most importantly it is made by one single wood. Pretty good quality, nice finishing. A little bit curved one side because of that it can sit properly on one side only. But that's not a big problem. I am really happy with the purchase, worth the price. Recommended.

I’m not sure but it feels like the board was repaired with the help of some glue or paste. The quality of the wood is good and I am a fan of Borosil but it feels like the board might not last due to the crack.
