Customers appreciate the appealing mint color and good quality of this stainless steel water bottle. However, several shoppers reported significant durability concerns with the cap/lid mechanism, including plastic lids detaching from steel caps and difficulty opening bottles. Some experienced leaking issues and were dissatisfied with customer support responses.
recently bought my borosil steel bottle pack of 6...in which i got a defected piece which looked good early but within 15days of use it got broken down ! The cap lid cover got open and it's getting difficult to open the bottle ! I never thought Borosil would provide such a defective product for its loyal customers !
Please look into this matter ! I would also share my product invoice or you can get it by searching my number !
