Good, can be better

Borosil delivered the product on the date they promised and the look and feel is very good. However, even though it is a 2 burner, I feel they could have introduced 2-3 inches of more space between the burners. The glass heats up a lot when both burners are used simultaneously, it could be because of the gap between the two burners. For clarification, two big pots can be used side by side without any issue but it would have been nice to have some more space between them.
Customer care is prompt: when I was registering the product for warranty, an automatic ticket was created and customer support was courteous in making sure the warranty was activated and that I was not having any issues with the product.
