    • This medium-sized diya receives mostly positive feedback. Customers said it's "very good quality" with "perfect packaging" that prevents breakage. However, issues exist: some found appearance "dull" vs. images, several received wrong items, and some faced lengthy replacement timelines. One noted it lacks a wick holder. Concerns about after-sales service and pricing above MRP also mentioned.

    Harrowing experience

    The piece has manufacturing defect.
Requested a replacement, was picked up immediately but it showed the replacement date of 25-5-25, which was no of use to me.

Hence cancelled the order. Disgusting service and professionalism.
Haven't received any refund yet. Constantly following up

    Have a question?

What materials are used in the construction of the Borosil Aarti Diya (Medium)?

The aarti diya is crafted from high-quality brass for durability and borosilicate glass for enhanced clarity and heat resistance.

Is the glass chimney of the diya resistant to heat and thermal shock?

Yes! The borosilicate glass chimney is highly heat-resistant and thermal shock-proof, meaning it won’t crack even after repeated use, ensuring long-lasting performance.

How do I clean and maintain the brass components of the diya to prevent tarnishing?

    1. Use Pitambari powder or a mild brass cleaner to restore shine. 2. Rinse with water and wipe dry immediately to prevent stains. 3. Avoid steel wool or abrasive scrubbers to prevent scratches.

Can the Borosil Aarti Diya (Medium) be used with both oil and ghee as fuel?

Yes! The diya is compatible with both oil and ghee, making it perfect for daily pujas, religious rituals, and festive celebrations.

Does the Borosil Brass Aarti Diya come with a warranty or guarantee?

While the diya does not have a standard warranty, it is made from premium, long-lasting materials. In case of any manufacturing defects, you can reach out to Borosil’s customer support.

Are replacement parts, like the glass chimney, available for this diya model?

Yes! You can purchase a replacement borosilicate glass chimney separately.

What are the dimensions and weight of the Borosil Aarti Diya (Medium)?

The compact yet sturdy design makes it ideal for long hours of burning. Dimensions: 132 x 102 x 90 mm Weight: 220 ± 10 g

Is the diya safe to use around children and pets?

Yes! The Borosil Aarti Diya is safer than an open-flame diya. The glass chimney helps protect the flame from wind and prevents accidental spills. However, for extra safety, always: - Place it on a stable surface - Keep it out of reach of small children
