    Refund service is not good.

    I found lisen lids, i returned it back, demand refund, the response of borosil found by razor pay asking for OTP to refund the money, I was not agree for that and wanted my money back as wall credit so that I could purchase any other articles from the borosil site, but the customer care office told me that we haven't any other option but to razor pay. It's very wrong doing because of anyone who doesn't wanted to go through razor pay, the site has not left any other option but to forget his money.
