Soya Keema Lettuce Cups
It's crunchy, it's spicy, and the best part- it's healthy! Serve these as snacks or starters!
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups soya chunks
1tsp oil
1tsp garlic
1tsp onions
1tbsp tomato paste
1tsp salt
1tsp red chilli powder
1tsp cumin powder
2 cups of water
METHOD:
Add soya chunks in a Nutrifresh blender jar and break it down into coarse crumbs. Keep it aside
In a kadhai, add oil, garlic and onions. Sauté it for a min. Add tomato paste and spices.
Lastly, add water and cook it for five minutes until it becomes a little dry.
Place the lettuce cups, add prepared soya keema, top it with some salad and crushed peanuts.
