It is a very good & compact sized product easy to carry on outdoor trips
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 slices of bread (preferably thick-cut or brioche)
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
GARNISH:
- Vanilla ice cream
- Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- Almond slivers
METHOD:
Prepare the Coating:
1. Scoop vanilla ice cream into a bowl and let it soften at room temperature.
2. Whisk the softened ice cream until it becomes creamy.
Coat the Bread:
3. Dip each bread slice into the whisked vanilla ice cream, making sure both sides are fully coated.
Cook the French Toast:
4. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease if needed.
5. Place the coated bread slices on the pan.
6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
Garnish and Serve:
7. Remove the French toast from the pan and let it cool slightly.
8. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
9. Garnish with fresh berries and almond slivers.
10. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Vanilla Ice Cream French toast!
