The product has been excellent and does the job what it says on the tin. Only small suggestion is to improve colour quality as it happened before that even with minor scratches, colour removed and shows metal product underneath
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 6-8 sheets of rice paper
- 2 tbsp sugar (for sprinkling)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon powder.
- Dip 3 sheets of rice paper into the egg mixture until fully coated.
- Place soaked rice papers on a baking tray and cut them into triangles from the center.
- Take the remaining rice paper and place it at the base of each triangle (not at the tip).
- Fold each triangle into a croissant shape.
- Sprinkle sugar over the croissants and bake at 180°C (350°F) until crisp and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
