INGREDIENTS -
- 500 g pasta
- 1 cup pasta sauce
- 1 cup cheese (mozzarella recommended)
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup olives
- Fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Chili flakes, for garnish
METHOD -
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Boil the pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Thread the cooked pasta onto skewers.
- Brush the pasta with pasta sauce.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and add bell peppers and olives.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Garnish with chopped basil and chilli flakes before serving.
