Italian Cheesy Quesdilla

Indulge in layers of crispy tortillas, oozing with melted mozzarella and infused with aromatic garlic butter. Topped with a hint of spice from chilli flakes and the earthy warmth of oregano, this air-fried delight is perfect for a quick, flavorful snack or a casual gathering with friends.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 Tortillas
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Garlic butter
  • Chilli flakes, to taste
  • Oregano, to taste

METHOD:

  1. On a plate, spread garlic butter on a tortilla and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Repeat for two more layers.

  2. Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano on top.

  3. Air fry at 180°C until the cheese melts.

  4. Cut into slices and savour the cheesy, garlicky goodness! Serve & enjoy!
