INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup Nutella or any hazelnut spread
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- Sea salt for sprinkling
- Chopped hazelnuts for sprinkling
METHOD:
- In a bowl, mix together yogurt, Nutella, cacao powder, and honey until well combined.
- Portion out the mixture into scoops and place them onto a tray lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 1-2 hours or until firm.
- In a separate bowl, melt dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals.
- Dip the frozen yogurt discs in the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated. Use a fork to lift them and let the excess chocolate drip off.
- Place the discs back on the tray lined with parchment paper and freeze for a few minutes until set.
- Take them out and pour some more melted chocolate on top, then sprinkle with sea salt and chopped hazelnuts. Serve & enjoy!
