Eggless Brownie Recipe
A lovely eggless brownie recipe that can quickly become your go-to dessert option!
INGREDIENTS:
150 g all-purpose flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 cup milk
90 g dark chocolate, chopped
90 g butter
4 tbsp brown sugar
200 g condensed milk
1 and a half tsp vanilla essence
50 g chopped walnuts
1 and a half tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
METHOD:
Sift maida, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and sugar together in a large bowl. Set aside.
Heat the milk in a small pan till warm, add the dark chocolate and stir till it melts.
Add the butter, brown sugar, condensed milk, essence in a mixing bowl and mix well. Add the maida and cocoa powder and whisk it well to get a smooth batter.
Add the walnuts, baking soda and baking powder and fold it into the batter.
Pre-heat the OTG at 180°C for 5 minutes.
Immediately pour the batter into a square baking dish and bake at 200° C for 5 minutes and then at 180° C for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove and place on a wire rack. Once cool, cut it into pieces and serve!
