The product has been excellent and does the job what it says on the tin. Only small suggestion is to improve colour quality as it happened before that even with minor scratches, colour removed and shows metal product underneath
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 2 tbsp chilli oil
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh spring onion greens, chopped
METHOD:
- Pour fresh cream into a cold pan, add chilli oil, and mix well.
- Turn on the flame and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Crack eggs directly into the pan over the cream and chilli oil mixture.
- Add salt to taste.
- Let the eggs cook until done to your liking.
- Sprinkle freshly chopped spring onion greens over the eggs.
- Your spicy and creamy chilli oil eggs are ready! Serve hot with toasted bread and enjoy.
