INGREDIENTS:


  • 4 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 1 cup processed cheese, grated
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • A pinch of salt

    • METHOD: 


    1. Mix together bread crumbs and grated cheese on a plate.

    2. Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.

    3. Once the mixture hardens, break it into pieces and blend with the powdered spices and salt until it forms a powder.

    4. Store the cheese powder in an airtight container.
