Stuffed with a cheesy filling, these crispy crescent-shaped delights are a perfect blend of spice and cheese, making them an irresistible snack for any occasion.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter)
Water (as needed)
1 cup cheese (grated)
2-3 green chillies (finely chopped)
1/2 cup bell peppers (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
2-3 medium-sized onions (diced)
1 tsp chilly flakes
1 tsp oregano
METHOD
1. Combine all-purpose flour and ghee in a mixing bowl. Gradually add water to make a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
2. In a separate bowl, mix grated cheese, green chillies, bell peppers, onions, chilly flakes, oregano, and salt to taste to make the filling.
3. Take a small portion of the dough, roll it into a disc, and place a spoonful of the cheese filling in the centre.
4. Fold the disc in half, seal the edges to form a crescent shape, and crimp with a fork or use a mould.
5. Preheat the air fryer for 10 minutes. Air fry gujiyas at 200°C until golden brown.
6. Serve hot with your favourite chutney or dip.

I have been loving the products since my childhood. I have seen my mother have them and it’s an emotional connect with the products of Borosil. Not only their quality is way beyond others but also they come up with new designs which is very good.
