Elevate your pizza night with this healthy and delicious Broccoli Pizza. Perfect for a guilt-free indulgence, it's a simple yet flavorful twist on a classic favourite. Enjoy a nutritious meal that's quick to prepare and satisfyingly tasty!

INGREDIENTS: 


  • Florets of 1 broccoli
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup wheat flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Cheese
  • 10-15 sliced olives
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • METHOD:


    1. Blend broccoli florets, egg, wheat flour, and salt into a smooth paste in a bowl.

    2. Spread a spoonful of the paste onto a baking sheet to form a round base.

    3. Apply pizza sauce, sprinkle cheese, and add olives.

    4. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake for 15 minutes.

    5. Let it cool slightly before serving. Serve & Enjoy!
