- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to create a pancake-like batter.
- Heat oil/ghee in a pan over medium heat. Slowly pour the batter onto the pan, spreading it lightly to achieve an even thickness.
- Cook until the edges start to brown and become crispy. Carefully flip the paratha and cook the other side.
- Once the paratha is golden brown, remove it from the heat. Drizzle with ghee and serve hot with dahi (yoghurt) or achaar (pickle).
