This smooth take on the king of fruits goes blazingly well with puris and is wonderful to have just on its own.
INGREDIENTS:
5 mangoes
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
A pinch of saffron
1/4 cup condensed milk
Rose petals for garnish
Nut powder for garnish
Saffron for garnish
METHOD:
Peel and chop the mangoes.
Add the chopped mangoes to a blender and blend to a smooth pulp.
Transfer the mango pulp to a bowl and add cardamom powder, crushed saffron strands, and condensed milk. Mix well.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour or you can serve straightaway in pudding bowls.
Garnish with nut powder and rose petals.

Design is perfect. But the quality of the cap was not that great, and had scratches on it. Sometimes it does not sit well easily to screw back on and you have to try few times to get it right.
