Transform your snack game with these crispy Veggie Chips. Made from a vibrant mix of bhindi, beetroot, raw banana, and jackfruit, these air-fried delights are seasoned to perfection with a blend of spices. Enjoy a healthy, guilt-free snack that's as flavourful as it is nutritious.
INGREDIENTS
250g bhindi (okra)
250g beetroot, sliced
250g raw banana, sliced
250g jackfruit
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp chaat masala
Salt, to taste
1 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp olive oil
METHOD
1. In a bowl, mix bhindi with red chilli powder, olive oil, chaat masala, and salt.
2. Season beetroot and banana slices with salt and black pepper.
3. In another bowl, season jackfruit strips with salt according to taste.
4. Air fry the chips for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
5. Serve & enjoy!
