Probiotic Power Smoothie

Begin every morning with a burst of fruit and make the most of summer. When mangoes go out of season, you can try papaya. The buttermilk is filled with probiotics that help maintain gut health, and the oats are full of good fibre!
Note :
Freeze quartered strawberries & diced mangoes in season and enjoy them in smoothies the year through. You can leave out the fresh turmeric, though adding it provides an extra detox boost!
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 cup diced ripe mango
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1” piece fresh turmeric
- Handful of frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsp oatmeal
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 500 ml cultured buttermilk
- Honey or sweetener, if required
METHOD :
• Place all the ingredients in Nutrifresh blender jar.
• Blend on high speed until smooth.
• Serve immediately.
