Ingredients
2cup kabuli chana, boiled
3tbsp oil
2pc onion, paste
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
3pc tomato, pureed
2pc green chillies, chopped
1inch ginger, chopped
3tbsp amritsari chole masala
1cup water
2tbsp coriander, chopped
Method
In a kadai, add oil and onion paste. Let it cook until lightly brown
Next add the tomato puree and let it cook until all the water has evaporated
Add ginger, green chillies and amritsari chole masala in the kadai. Mix well and let it cook until oil has separated.
Next goes the chole and some water. Stir it and cook until it reaches your desired consistency. Add some coriander.
Garnish with julienned ginger and fried green mirchi. Serve hot with kulcha and laccha onions!
