Transform your pasta night into a party with these irresistible Pasta Skewers! Tender pasta, coated in rich sauce, layered with melty mozzarella, vibrant bell peppers, and zesty olives, all baked to perfection. Topped with fresh basil and a hint of chili flakes, these skewers are a playful, cheesy treat perfect for any occasion!

INGREDIENTS -

  • 500 g pasta

  • 1 cup pasta sauce

  • 1 cup cheese (mozzarella recommended)

  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers

  • 1/4 cup olives

  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped

  • Chili flakes, for garnish

METHOD -

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Boil the pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.

  3. Thread the cooked pasta onto skewers.

  4. Brush the pasta with pasta sauce.

  5. Sprinkle cheese on top and add bell peppers and olives.

  6. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese melts.

  7. Garnish with chopped basil and chilli flakes before serving.
