Muscle Builder Smoothie

This is a great smoothie for a workout, or for a general boost of energy. You can use coconut milk instead of almond milk, or even buttermilk. Feel free to skip the whey protein. This is a well-balanced smoothie.
INGREDIENTS :
- 2 bananas, frozen, chopped. #ProTip: Use the Klip-n-Store glass storage containers to store and freeze your cut fruits so all that goodness remains intact!
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein (optional)
- 400 ml almond milk
- Honey or sweetener, if required
METHOD:
• Place all the ingredients in Nutrifresh blender jar.
• Blend on high speed until smooth.
• Adjust sweetness as desired.
