Mango Falooda Recipe

Mango season is not an 'aam' occurrence. To celebrate the king of fruits here's a recipe that tastes like summer in a glass!
INGREDIENTS:
1 mango, medium sized - chopped and diced into small cubes
3 tbsp vermicelli or sev, cooked as per package instructions
2 tsp sabja seeds soaked in 3/4 cup of water
1/2 cup mango puree
2 cups cold milk
3-4 scoops of mango ice cream
1 tbsp pistachios, roughly chopped
1/2 cup sweet condensed milk
METHOD:
- In a bowl, add sabja seeds and room temperature water. Keep aside.
- In a pan, add milk, condensed milk and mango pulp. Mix the three and once it's warm, take off the flame.
- In the glass, add mango chunks and layer with dry fruits.
- Then add the vermicelli, soaked sabja and another layer of mango chunks,
- Top it all off with mango milk and a scoop of mango ice cream.
- As a finishing touch, add a couple of mango chunks and chopped pistachios.
