Indulge in a healthier twist on a breakfast classic with this Homemade Healthy Chocos recipe! Made with crunchy roasted makhana coated in rich dark chocolate, it’s a guilt-free treat that’s perfect for both kids and adults. Enjoy it with a bowl of milk, or snack on them by the handful — this easy-to-make recipe is the perfect blend of indulgence and nutrition, giving you a wholesome start to the day!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup makhana (fox nuts)
  • 1.5 cups melted dark chocolate

Instructions:


Roast the Makhana:

  1. Dry roast the makhanas in a pan on medium heat until they are golden brown and crispy.


Coat with Chocolate:

  1. Dip the roasted makhanas into the melted dark chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  2. Place the chocolate-coated makhanas on a tray lined with parchment paper.


Set the Chocolate:

  1. Freeze the tray for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.


Serve:

  1. Pour cold or warm milk into a bowl and add the chocolate-coated makhanas.
  2. Enjoy your homemade, healthy version of chocos!
