Emmadashi Fondue

Transform your table into a celebration of creamy, cheesy goodness! This Emmadashi Fondue brings together sautéed garlic, onions, vibrant bell peppers, and rich melted cheese for a comforting, flavorful dip. Perfectly paired with crispy croutons and crackers, it's the ultimate indulgence for any gathering.

INGREDIENTS -


  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Chopped garlic 2 tbsp

  • Onion sliced 1 cup

  • Red bell pepper 1/2 cup

  • Yellow bell pepper 1/2 cup

  • Green bell pepper 1/2 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper 1 tsp

  • Cheese 1 cup

  • Milk 1/2 cup

METHOD -


  1. In a kadhai, heat oil.

  2. Add onion and garlic and sauté.

  3. Add bell peppers and seasoning and cook for 1 minute.

  4. Add cheese and milk and cook till cheese is melted.

  5. Serve in a fondue pot with croutons and crackers.
