Detox Diva Smoothie
This is a pick me up energiser in colours that add happiness! You could strain it if you like, but a wholesome unstrained version is equally delicious.

INGREDIENTS :


  • 3 cups diced watermelon
  • 1 cup diced papaya
  • ½” piece fresh turmeric
  • A few leaves fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or basil seeds (tukmaria seeds)
  • Honey or sweetener, if required




METHOD :


• Place all the ingredients, except the chia or basil seeds, in Nutrifresh blender jar.

• Blend on high speed until smooth.

• Stir in chia or basil seeds.

• Chill for 2 hours in Vision glasses or until seeds swell up. Serve!
