Whether you're lounging at home or entertaining guests, this quick-to-make drink adds a healthy twist to your day, keeping you refreshed and revitalized!

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup water (adjust as needed)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Cucumber:

    • In a blender, add the chopped cucumber and blend until smooth.

  2. Strain (Optional):

    • For a smoother drink, strain the cucumber juice through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp. You can skip this step if you prefer more texture.

  3. Mix the Cooler:

    • In a large jug or pitcher, combine the cucumber juice, water, lemon juice, and honey.
    • Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved. Adjust the sweetness or lemon juice to your taste.

  4. Serve:

    • Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the cucumber cooler over the ice.
