Choco Lava
Picture breaking open the cake, revealing a luscious molten centre that oozes out, harmonizing with the cool creaminess of ice cream. Drizzled with rich chocolate sauce, it's a dessert lovers' dream come true. Experience pure decadence in every delightful bite.

INGREDIENTS


1/4 cup Melted Butter

1/4 cup Melted Chocolate

1/4 cup Maida (All-Purpose Flour)

1/4 cup Cocoa Powder

1/4 cup Powdered Sugar

1/4 cup Milk

Ice Cream, for serving

Chocolate Sauce, for garnishing



METHOD


1. In a bowl, combine melted butter, melted chocolate, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and milk, mixing until well incorporated.


2. Pour the mixture into greased cupcake moulds.


3. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.


4. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool. Demould the cakes and serve with a scoop of ice cream.


5. Garnish with a generous drizzle of chocolate sauce.
