Chicken Boti Kebab
INGREDIENTS:
500gms Chicken breasts boneless
1cups Hung curd
1tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1tbsp Cumin powder
1tbsp Coriander powder
2tbsp Besan
2tbsp Mustard oil
2tbsp Kashmiri red chilli
Black salt, pinch
2tbsp Oil
METHOD:
1. Mix mustard oil and Kashmiri chilli in a bowl.
2. Add hung curd, spices, and seasoning to the bowl and mix well.
3. Add chicken cubes to the bowl and coat them in the marinade.
4. Place charcoal in a separate bowl, add ghee, cover with the chicken, and let it marinate for 3-4 hours.
5. Preheat the Borosil 10L OTG to 180°C for 10 minutes.
6. Skewer the chicken cubes and place them on the OTG tray. Bake for 12 minutes.
7. Serve the sizzling chicken tikka with a refreshing mint chutney, tangy lemon wedges, and crispy onions, for a delicious and satisfying meal that's sure to tantalize your taste buds.
