Luxurious blend of creamy yoghurt, ripe bananas, and crunchy walnut kernels infused with aromatic cardamom and saffron. This lassi embodies an elegant, revitalizing treat, perfect for busy mornings or a refreshing afternoon pick-me-up, delivering a fusion of health and indulgence in every sip.
INGREDIENTS
4 Bananas
16 Walnut Kernels
2 cups Yogurt
4 tbsp Powdered Sugar
Saffron strands
1 tsp Green Cardamom powder
METHOD
1. Place yoghurt in a blender jar.
2. Peel and roughly chop bananas, and add them to the jar.
3. Add Walnut Kernels, powdered sugar, saffron, and cardamom powder. Blend until smooth.
4. Pour into individual glasses.
5. Sprinkle cardamom powder and crushed walnuts on top. Garnish with saffron.
6. Serve immediately.
