What makes our product great

Customers praised the sleek design and lightweight construction, with many noting "good shape and easy to hold." However, significant concerns exist about cap quality, with multiple reports of cracking and threading issues. Some customers experienced rust and leaking. "Excellent value for price" when functional, but quality control needs improvement.

Poor bottle cap quality

Pathetic quality of the bottle cap. I did not expect the cap would crack within 15 days of purchase. Borosil, this was not expected from you. What do I do with the bottle now, when the cap is broken and leaking.

Swan water bottle

Purchased this bottle to carry water to work everyday. It's good. Capping seems little odd though. I guess an upgraded bottle would be better if we want to drink directly from bottle.

Cover of cap comes out for both bottle on day 1.

Steel cover of Cap comes out on 1st day for both bottles.
Weight is ok. Shape is good. Liquid is not leaking if cap is tightly closed. We are using in refrigerator and working fine except the cap.

Poor caps, don't fit properly.

Bottle caps are very hard to thread in. Also one of the 6 bottles was leaking at the bottom. Had to replace it. The replacement which I got is also having hard cap.
