As hopeless as it can get

Your stars as a customer need to be aligned when buying Borosil products online. If the product is defective, be prepared to chase the call center guys and concerned officials endlessly. I admire them for the alacrity with which they issue assurance of help, just to vanish thereafter. Better buy it at a showroom after testing it or look for more dependable brands.

Hi Praveen, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. As checked, your exchange is currently in process. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work towards resolving this matter. Thanks

Perfect size for family of 2-4

Good quality sandwich griller for the price, always trust borosil for kitchen needs. It is a decent size too - can grill 2 sandwiches at a time easily if not heavily stuffed. Build quality is decent - if handled with care, should last easily for 4-5 years.

Thank you, Divya, for your positive feedback! We're delighted to hear that you are satisfied with the Prime Grill Sandwich Maker. Your trust in Borosil means a lot to us, and we hope it continues to serve you well for years to come.

It was just a Sandwich maker. I expected automatic turn off.

Your description online was not wrong. However, my expectations for this cost was an on/off button right on the sandwich maker and automatic switch off of sandwich maker (like if the lid is not opened for long time, recooking should not start again (or) heating should be very mild temperature to keep it warm).

    Hi Manikandan
    We apologize for the experience.
Please place a return request from the website and the team will resolve the issue.
