    Irresponsible behavior

    I don't think any body is caring for the customer shopping on line and subsequent problems faced. I have made many requests to collect bach the package but the result is what you can see. Every time am assured that it will be collected back today or... Bur the request is either ignored or cancelled without assigning any reason.
    Please bother for your online business.
    There are many occasions when items supplied are found damaged.
