    Do

    • Use in electric oven, convection oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer.
    • Pre grease your dish before pouring in food meant for baking.
    • Pre heat oven before use for best result.
    • Allow frozen dish to reach to warm a bit before putting it in the oven for reheating (however, straight from the fridge to the oven is ok)
    • Allow hot dish with food to cool a bit before putting it into the freezer (putting a hot dish into the fridge, however, is ok)
    • Wash containers with soap and a soft sponge, or in the dishwasher
    • Wipe down bag with damp cloth, or wash in washing machine in a net washing bag / laundry bag / pillowcase
    • The gaskets should be removed from the lid and cleaned with hot water and dishwashing soap / liquid daily.
    • Every weekend, soak the gaskets in hot water with some dishwashing detergent for 2 hours, rinse with warm water and clean with soft cloth.

    Don't

    • Do not use over direct flame.
    • Do not allow the food to dry completely in the oven.
    • Do not put the hot dish on cold or wet surface.
    • Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers to ensure scratch free surface.
    • Do not use the plastic lid in conventional oven or microwave oven. It is not recommended that plastics be heated, as research shows that the plastics leach chemicals at a higher rate when heated.
    • Do not put bag directly into the washing machine without a laundry bag

    Dear sir I had bought one glass tiffin box S/3 TIFFIN KLIP- from Borosil Glass works Ltd. (AWB 1649814931205), for my husband to carry lunch to the office in the month of Nov. 2023. The set of three tiffin boxes are apparently good but the rubber gasket of the boxes are bad quality. It is catching the color of the cooked vegetables.
    The zip of the outer bag is also damaged because of its cheap zipper quality.
    I had a very high opinion of the Borosil company . Since 1986 I have been using Borosil glass products of different types. All my crockery are from Borosil only. But this time I am very disappointed with this low quality of Borosil glass tiffin box product. The quality of the tiffin box is very low quality. Would be happy if you replace the product. The month of November is still running , not even completed one month but the condition of the tiffin box is not presentable in front of the office people.
