Copper bottle with mixed feedback. Customers praised the product as "wonderful" and "worth the price," but many reported quality issues including leaking caps, dents, and paint fading. Temperature retention disappointed some. Delivery and customer service received criticism.

Bottle is good however I want to highlight the issue that initially the bottle I received was dented, so I returned it for exchange. The exchange was smooth and quick however in the second time the bottle I have received leaks water from bottle cap. I don't want to go through return and exchange again hence adjusting with the item I received. I just make sure that I don't tilt the bottle, as water will spill. Quality is genuine, however Borosil should test and filter out defective items before delivering.
Thanks!

The bottles themselves are good but, I did not expect a company like borosil to compromise with materials and design. The base of the bottle is not but a foam sticker which will come in a week or so. Borosil should have taken care to provide a better base than this.
Hi Suman,
Please be assued about the quality of the material and the product.
Thanks
