    We have been misguided on our purchase

    We have been misguided on our purchase of an Oven Toaster Griller. The specifications mentioned "Quartz heating elements" and came with "a selection of upper and lower heating elements" which would enable grilling with the lower heating element only, baking with the upper element only and oven roasting with the selection of both elements. The very reason for which the product was purchased online from Borosil's online site. Upon receiving the consignment, it was discovered that both claims were false. In place of quartz heating elements, they provided regular metal heating elements. Also, there is no choice of heating - only both ways of heating is provided for roasting only. When we complained to them, they asked for the pictures of the heating elements. Clear pictures of the metal heating elements were shared with them, to which they replied that these metal elements are quartz elements. (Photos of metal elements attached, which the company claims are of quartz glass only !!!!). Open lies. We are still trying to communicate with them for the replacement of the unit with the one as advertised or a full refund. The company has been silent since then. Neither refund nor replacement. Buying from them is at a high risk of getting misled.
