3. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
4. Please note that any damage caused due to usage will not qualify.
5. Refunds will be processed once the item is received by the warehouse, within 7 days of the receipt of the product at the warehouse.

What's more, this multipurpose kettle even comes with an egg tray which you can use to boil 6 eggs simultaneously. It has a light indicator that turns off when water has finished boiling. The electric kettle 1 litre has dry-boil protection which means it will not operate if there is no water inside. It also has an auto cut-off so the appliance will switch off on its own once the water has finished boiling.
