    I have placed an order foe electric egg boiler and after 2 weeks it stopped working. I have also placed a complaint but none from service dept visited also the customer care executive gave the reason of hospitalisation of the executive but never closed the complaint or even called for the feedback. What a pathetic service!

    I was not given the regular measuring cup with the pin and it was a smaller with a plastic pointed side. I'm not even sure if it's going to work.

    Had expected a better built product

    The boiler stopped working after using it twice which the company repaired but I expected a total replacement. The measurements in the cup are very difficult to read. The amount of water mentioned in the manual is way off-mark. I expected a better built product from a brand like Borosil not a rebadged cheap Chinese product.
