    Disheartening experience ☹️

    Hello, iam highly disappointed by the product and service received by borosil and team. Firstly I hv received the defective product and later after complaining the process is slow and not at all helpful..Its been 7 days since I hv complained but still the return pickup hasn't been done...I had high expectations from Borosil but all in vain😢 I hope this issue solved asap
