    Poor quality lids

    Borosil Lunch box are coming with poor quality lids which are not fitting on the bowls and the build quality has deteriorated as compared to past. This is disappointing. Borosil is required to maintain the product quality standards in all aspects. In the past I had good experience with borosil lunch box. Since last two times poor quality observed with lids and we can see and experience the difference. Please look into this feedback genuinely. Thanks

    Request for the replacement of a broken piece.

    It’s a whole week since I first complained about finding one of the piece broken.Every time I contacted a ticket no was provided immediately but nothing has been done for the replacement needed so far.I found it a very bad experience on my part,hadn’t expected it from a company like Borocil.
