    I HAVE BOUGHT CARAFE W INBUILT STRAINER FROM THE WEBSITE. AND WE HAVE RAISED QUEARY FOR CRACKED , CRASH GLASS MATERIAL SUPPLYING DUE TO NOT PACKED PROPERLY WITH THERMO CARE. WE HAVE ALSO UPLOD VEDIO AND PHOTO. BUT AFTER 15 DAYS PASSED NO ANY ACTION FOR REFUND MONEY OR SUPPLY NEW MATERIAL WITH PROPER PACKING .
