INGREDIENTS:
1.5 cups cream cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp oregano
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
For topping:
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup bell peppers
Handful of olives
Chilli flakes and oregano
METHOD:
1. Microwave the cream cheese mixture for 2 minutes and mix well.
2. Transfer the cream cheese mixture to a baking dish.
3. Add prepared pizza sauce on top.
4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, olives, chilli flakes, and oregano over the mixture.
5. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
