METHOD:
1. In a pan, add butter, chopped garlic, stir, and cook for a minute.
2. Add chopped onions, stir, and cook until golden brown.
3. Add chopped mushrooms, salt, black pepper, red chilli flakes, and oregano. Stir and cook for a minute on high flame.
4. For the sauce, in a saucepan, add butter, flour, mix, and cook until it turns light golden brown.
5. Gradually add 200 ml milk and cook until it thickens.
6. Add grated processed cheese, mix, and cook until the cheese melts.
7. Add black pepper powder and mix well.
8. Add the sautéed mushroom to the sauce and mix well. Mushroom filling is ready.
9. For Tartlets, place the puff pastry dough sheet in the tart mold, press to stick to the mold walls, and prick using a fork.
10. Fill the tart with the mushroom filling and top it with mozzarella cheese.
11. Bake the Tartlets at 180°C for 20 mins.
12. Cool the Tartlets a little, demold them, and your Mushroom & Cheese Tartlets are ready.
