1/2 tsp green chilli, finely chopped
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
5 tbsp toasted besan flour
Salt, as required
Bread crumbs
Oil, for frying
METHOD:
In a mixing bowl, add hung curd, crumbled paneer, chopped onions, chopped green chillies, dry masalas and toasted besan flour.
Mix everything together until a mixture is formed.
