METHOD
1. Heat a pan over medium heat. Roast the peanuts until well done; you can peel them if desired.
2. Reduce the heat to low and add sesame seeds to the same pan. Roast until they turn golden in color, then transfer them to a bowl.
3. In the same pan, add dry coconut and roast it until it changes color slightly. Turn off the heat and transfer it to another bowl.
4. Place the roasted nuts in a blender jar and pulse a few times. If using jaggery, add it with peanuts to make a coarse powder.
5. Combine all the roasted ingredients, add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, and ghee. Mix everything together gently.
Transfer the mixture to the blender and pulse 2-3 times. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and mix well. Shape into ladoos.
6. If the mixture is too dry, heat it in a pan.
