A breakfast bowl to wake up to that gives you the best of everything - health, taste and flavour. The quinoa not only adds protein to the bowl, but makes it a delicious gluten free option!

Note:

The smoothie can be made the previous night and stored in a Klip-n-Store glass storage container

INGREDIENTS: Serves 1


  • ½ a ripe mango, diced
  • 1 tsp grated fresh turmeric
  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or hung curd
  • small banana, chopped, frozen
  • ½ cup cooked quinoa, cooled
  • Honey, to taste



METHOD:


• Place all the ingredients in the Nutrifresh blender jar and process until smooth.


• Taste and adjust sweetness.


• Transfer to a serving bowl, and garnish with your choice of toppings.

 

TOP IT WITH:


  • Dehydrated coconut, quinoa, walnuts, almonds, berries, mint, etc.
